(you need classic folders paid tweak from cydia)

(download and unarchive, copy/cut the image inside the folder and paste it in the theme folder you are currently using, paste it in Bundlles/com.apple.springboard, or you can also paste it in Folders/SpringBoard.app if the first option is not available)
